Eight years ago, DJ BULL JUN arrived at New York City. He lived
at a record dealer’s house where many of vintages of record
collections were roughly piled up like a mountain with much
dust. He spent there for a couple of years and developed knowledge
of what the dealer dude who has poured a big passion into music
had. He was influenced a lot because of the record dealer’s
intense attitude for the music (his government & nick names
veiled for his privacy). When DJ BULL JUN was on his temporal
return to Japan in 2000, >>

A.Y.B. FORCE has
been getting known bigger. They have been
credited each time they release their products.
As a master-mind of chopping beats, taking drum samples and remaking
them to their own sound, their name has been spread throughout
the world. Their sounds have seemed to be thought as Hip Hop.
It does have Hip Hop taste. Besides, it
does have a sound concept enough in order
to create another music jenre. As you put
your ears to their past releases, EP THE
BADDEST BREAKS & BEATS,
FUNKY OREO 2000, BEVEL SUMMIT/JUST A LIL’ COKE, SAMPLER 01 and
Sampler 02 etc…>>

He was born in a suburb area
in KYOTO prefecture in Japan. As soon
as he graduated from high school, he
temporally lived in Canada then traveled
to some part of Africa to explore the
roots of music. He learned the cornerstone
of what it is important to his music
theory. In his continual trip, the next
destination was NY. When he was there,
he met FLATROCK RECORDS C.E.O “BULL JUN”
whose music philosophy gave him knowledge
of DJ. He was giving an opportunity for
debut from FLATROCK RECORDS.

LARK CHILLOUT,
reminding the name of a very intelligence
sampling master dude back in a day CHUCK
CHILLOUT, is a respected leader in A.Y.B
FORCE. All tracked he has produced is
just off the hook. In a long time experience
of producing a track, he knows how important
taking a sample on a track is needed.
Obviously he has still respected the
concept of making a beat in the end of
80’s through in the beginning of 90’s
which Marley Marl and other legendaries
did so. The beats and grooves from which
he takes a sample are transformed to
the one on his own sound, involving a
taste of a deep funk. He is also a DJ,
constantly spinning at clubs throughout
in Japan. His guest appearance as a DJ
has increased since A.Y.B FORCE dropped
“SAMPLER 01” & “SAMPLER 02”. He is
defiantly the one who does make a true
sound, comparing with others.

Historically,
the name Chairman Mao is associated with
the late revolutionary leader of communist
China a bad dude who ran shit with an
iron fist. But in the world of hip hop
and DJ culture another figure known as
Chairman Mao has attained great respect
in a far more benevolent way. Armed with
endless crates of vinyl goodies, DJ Chairman
Mao (government name: Jeff Mao) spreads
his passion for grand grooves every other
Saturday as he has for past four years
rocking tastemakers, dancing fools, and
assorted other party people at New York
City hotspot APT. Mao's mix CD collaborations
with DJ Citizen Kane,
